Originally from the Peninsula, Michele moved to San Francisco after studying at the University of Arizona to take advantage of the city and beach life. Not long after, she became addicted to running half marathons and was looking for strength training to compliment her days off the pavement. Fast forward to four half marathons annually, almost daily yoga and two kids later, she was still lacking core strength. She traded in her yoga mat for BodyRok’s energetic reformer workouts set to fast-paced music…and was not only hooked, she got tight abs AND was shaving 10-plus minutes off her race times. Her goal when teaching is to try to create for others what she feels when taking a class - to feel strong, to push oneself, be inspired, to be connected with your teacher and have fun. Don’t let her petite frame and perky demeanor fool you: she likes to throw in those advanced Scoops!
When she is not teaching you can find her in her new town of Tiburon sprinting after her kids on Blackie’s path.
"I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner. I believe in kissing, kissing a lot. I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and I believe in miracles." - Audrey Hepburn
