She was an avid runner, climber, and HIIT junkie until a slew of injuries sent her to the yoga mat - she's been on the mat ever since. As her practice deepened, a profound coalescence of asana, philosophy, and mantra began to unfold and has thus become the foundation of her offerings. With a playful yet intentional approach to vinyasa, classes are dynamically sequenced and infused with yogic traditions and teachings aimed to release and revive. Jessica has continued to evolve her practice studying under Stephanie Snyder and working towards 500 hrs.
