Erin was a New York City fashion student in 2006 when she discovered yoga. After getting hooked on Yoga to the People's Vinyasa flow style, she relocated to San Francisco in 2009 and shortly after completed their 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) training and has been teaching ever since. Erin has continued to evolve her practice by studying Bhakti flow and working toward 500 hours with Rusty Wells. Over the past few years Erin has developed a love of practicing and teaching arm balances and inversions. More than anything in every class, the aim is to facilitate an environment where self reliance and self love can grow. Ultimately, she hopes to use yoga as a tool to support teenage girls and women suffering from eating disorders and body image issues. As she puts it, she "found a lifeline out of crazy" through yoga, and wants nothing more than the opportunity to extend that lifeline to others.
