Alaina grew up as a runner until a back injury lead her to seek low impact alternatives. After her first class at BodyROK, she fell in love with pilates! She’s all about strengthening the core and it’s helped her once again, find her love for running. If she isn’t teaching a class, she’s either taking one, running, hiking, or practicing yoga.
Outside of the studio, she’s probably at a concert or working towards her goal of becoming a physical therapist with a Yerba Mate in hand. She hopes to one day join her passions of exercise and therapy to help others get back to their beloved sport.
